As Area Agronomist for Pioneer I am responsible for teaching,coaching , mentoring and training the Pioneer sales reps in the Counties of Essex, Kent, Lambton,Middlesex,Elgin,Oxford,Brant,Haldimand,Norfolk,Welland and Niagara.My objective is to help Pioneer sales agents become more knowledgeable and professional in their agronomic understanding of crop production.My hope is that through this site they will gain a better understanding of the dynamics of modern day agriculture.I will share with all reps throughout the growing season the interactions of environment and management that can have both a positive and negative affect on the performance of
